Caring for yourself often starts with setting healthy personal boundaries. For many this is uncomfortable and we end up compromising ourselves over and over again and end up giving ourselves away.
If you’re feeling continually compromised, exhausted, burnt out, miserable, depleted, depressed or are acting from a place of guilt or expectation, it’s probably because you are giving more to others than yourself.

Learning how to balance caregiving and self-love requires setting personal boundaries and...practice, practice, practice! Sometimes "no" is the only answer and an act of love for yourself... and bonus, when you take care of yourself, it allows you to give back even more.
