There are so many reasons many women find themselves feeling run over by the competing demands of life - kids, jobs, care-taking roles, etc.
In this one-day workshop, participants will have an opportunity to gain a greater understanding of why they may be experiencing physical ailments or mental health struggles - and how to bolster their individual and collective resilience.
The workshop will begin with collective settling practices to ground participants in the process of self-discovery. Participants will engage in a series of exercises to repair compassion fatigue and to bolster self-awareness. Applying that state of self-awareness, women will gather in small groups to dialogue about topics such as vulnerability, stress-induced overwhelm, and personal empowerment.
Participants will leave the day feel refreshed and rejuvenated and curious about how to sustain this in their daily life.
