Self Care Series.png

As you show love to others this month, don’t forget to show love to yourself. We’re making February the month of Self-Love. Living an authentic and fulfilling life requires a strong and healthy relationship with yourself - it's never too late to start. The self-love journey is a rewarding one and it begins with taking care of yourself.

Join us, as we look at how to set personal boundaries, paired with ways to embrace and show love to your body through physical movement based on yoga and dance.

We welcome guest teacher, Dona Dovie, to guide the beginning of this journey. Each session is offered at no cost and is done in the space of your choosing. Individual registration is required for each session to ensure your receive the virtual link.

Saturday, February 6th        11:00am - 12:30pm

This class is being offered at no cost, however donations are welcomed.

Caring for yourself often starts with setting healthy personal boundaries. For many this is uncomfortable and we end up compromising ourselves over and over again and end up giving ourselves away.

If you’re continually compromising yourself, exhausted, burnt out, miserable, depleted, depressed or acting from a place of guilt or expectation, it’s probably because you are giving more to others than yourself.

Setting boundaries will set you free.

Learning how to balance caregiving and self-love requires setting personal boundaries and...practice, practice, practice! Sometimes "no" is the only answer and an act of love for yourself... and bonus, when you take care of yourself, it allows you to give back even more.

Join us for discussion, methods, and practice surrounding personal boundaries and how to set them.

Wednesday, February 10th        7:30pm - 8:00pm

This class is being offered at no cost, however donations are welcomed.

Sit with us in a space of your choosing and show your body love through guided stretches and yoga inspired movement. This session will be conducted through zoom and is great for all experience levels.

Our bodies are unique and are ALL incredible and beautiful. Our bodies deserve time, attention and love. However, for a multitude of reasons our bodies are usually one of the last things we give attention to.

Connecting with your physical body on a regular basis is an act of self-care and self-love.

We’ve developed two classes to show your body the love it deserves. In each, you will experience methods that will show you how to listen to your body, sit with love towards it, and move with it.

Each class is virtual and can be done at your comfort level - they will not be recorded and it’s your choice if you would like to show your screen or not. Wear what is comfortable for you, move in a way that is comfortable for you, but most importantly relax, breathe, and let love flow.
